8-Week Group for Black Women
This group was created with intention — for Black women who are tired of being strong for everyone else and ready to be held.
H.E.R. is a structured, 8-week healing group that provides a safe, affirming space for Black women to process trauma, share their experiences, and begin to reclaim their identity. Each session is facilitated with cultural competency at the center and community as the foundation.
This group is for you if:
- You are a Black woman healing from abuse, trauma, or emotional exhaustion
- You want community alongside your individual healing
- You’ve felt like traditional therapy spaces don’t fully see or understand your experience

A focused, structured 1-week intensive group for women who are ready to understand what happened to them, name it clearly, and begin the work of healing.
This program combines group sessions with individual 1:1 coaching, giving you both community support and personalized guidance within the same experience.

- Tools to rebuild your identity and self-trust

Men who’ve experienced narcissistic and abusive relationships are often the most overlooked — and among the most in need of a space that doesn’t require them to minimize what happened.
This 1-week intensive group was created specifically for men. It combines group work with individual coaching, in an environment that is direct, affirming, and free of judgment.

- Tools for processing trauma and rebuilding trust
- A personalized healing roadmap
- Brotherhood with men who get it
